How do I get Pawzz Verified?+
Verification is granted to creators with a consistent upload history and a completed profile. Apply from your creator dashboard once you've published at least 10 videos.
Why is my video buffering?+
Try lowering your playback quality in the player settings, or check our status page for regional streaming issues.
Can I download videos for offline viewing?+
Offline dens are available on Pack Premium and Alpha Pack plans. Look for the download icon on any Originals title.
How do I cancel Premium?+
Visit Account Settings > Billing > Manage Plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How do I report a video or comment?+
Use the flag icon on any video or comment. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
